College Lending Solutions (“CLS”) takes precautions to protect your information. When you submit your sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Do Not Call Policy
College Lending Solutions (“CLS”) is dedicated to the concept of individual privacy and ethical business practices. We support and encourage registration of the National Do-Not-Call registry http://www.donotcall.gov and will appropriately apply this filter on all telemarketing efforts. The following procedures should ensure that persons not wanting to be contacted in the future have the appropriate means available to them to retain their privacy.
- CLS maintains a specific “Do Not Call” list consisting of all individuals who were contacted previously and requested not to be called by CLS in the future.
- CLS subscribes to telephone preference lists for other agencies and entities. Names on these lists are added to CLS’s in house “Do Not Call” list when received.
- Before CLS contacts consumers, CLS purges those individuals who have been entered into the in-house “Do Not Call” list from the list of names to be called.
- All student loan consultants working on behalf of CLS shall be trained with specific instructions on how to accept and record a request by a consumer who does not wish to be called in the future.
- Names of individuals who have requested to be placed on a “Do Not Call” list are entered daily. Please be advised it can take up to 90 days for the National DNC Register to be updated.
- It is CLS’s policy to advise consumers, in response to requests to be placed on a “Do Not Call” list, of the availability of telephone preference services.
- CLS restricts calling to the hours of Monday-Thursday 8:30am-11pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday from 10am-3pm in the local where the call is received.
- CLS makes a copy of its “Do Not Call” Policy available to anyone who specifically requests it.
